2018 User Satisfaction Survey – European Patent Office (EPO)

On behalf of the EPO, the market research institute BERENT is again carrying out the annual user satisfaction survey covering the search and examination services. The survey is to be conducted on the telephone.

The user surveys are necessary in order to:

● measure user satisfaction with the search and examination services of the EPO
● obtain the information required that enables the EPO to review both the quality and efficiency of its internal processes for these services.

The target group of applicants and representatives are selected randomly from a sample of applications.
